Tips for Health in Summer Season

Summer is a season when every person feeling hot. In this season if we adopted few habits in our routine life we can save from many dangerous diseases, which are held in Summer. Sun-Stoke is the major diseases which can attack on any person specially Children and Women are specially under attack of Sun-Stoke. Food Poisoning is another dangerous diseases which is very common in Summer season. Blood Pressure is at third in Summer season diseases. For pregnant women, Summer is too much risky season.
Lets learn about the tips to safe our self from these diseases.
1. Sun-Stroke: Don't try to get outside in afternoon. When ever you needs to go outside use umbrella, cap and sunglasses (UV Protected are much better). Gloves and Socks are also compulsory these are helpful for us to give protection against the sun-stroke. When ever you go outside bring a minimum 1 litre water in a bottle along with you and drink few sips after every 15 minutes.
2. Food Poisoning: Don't try to eat meal that are cooked 4 hours before eating. Always eat fresh cooked food. Always drink boiled cold water. Don't eat any kind of food from outside which is not cooked fresh. In summer viruses are grow too quickly specially in food items. Wash your hands minimum 5 to 6 times a day. Take bath at least once a day.
3. Blood Pressure: Blood Pressure patients takes glucose regularly to maintain their blood pressure. Mostly blood pressure getting low in summer season. Use fruits regularly at least once a day. Pregnant women take calcium, fruits and glucose to maintain their blood pressure.
